The ABUS disc lock is a special form of padlock with special advantages. The shape of the disc locks effectively prevents the most common overcoming methods. The small temple opening due to its design offers hardly any space for attacks on the temple. Due to the predominant use of stainless steel, the disc lock is particularly used where security and corrosion protection are required. The ABUS Diskus 25 can be used to lock trucks, vans, doors, gates, barns, cellars, etc. Ideally, an ABUS Diskus hasp should be used so that the lock's shackle cannot be attacked with breaking tools. A reversible key with drilling troughs is used to close the cylinder. You can easily create additional keys using the included code card.
Use and application: - Protection of larger values/items or if there is a high risk of theft - For securing trucks, vans, cellar doors, factory gates, etc. - Ideal in conjunction with ABUS Diskus trap 140, which means there is no access to the bracket with breaking tools
